Former Celsius Executive Pleads Guilty To Fraud Charges

Roni Cohen-Pavon the former CRO of bankrupt Celsius has pleaded guilty to several charges.
U.S. District Judge John Keltl held a hearing in the fraud trial of a Celsius executive. Cohen-Pavon pleaded guilty to CEL price manipulation and other charges.
Both he and CEO Alex Mashinsky were accused of fraud in July of this year. Mashinsky has not pleaded guilty. Cohen-Pavon is believed to have made a deal with authorities and pleaded guilty, so they could get to the CEO.
Mashinsky is out on bail and awaiting a trial hearing. He is accused of using user funds for personal use.
