On 7 September, former FTX Digital Markets co-CEO Ryan Salame will appear in court to plead guilty, after Caroline Ellison, Gary Wang and Nishad Singh.
Ryan Salame is facing criminal charges related to his involvement in FTX's illegal activities. Salame will be another former company executive to plead guilty. The report was shared by Bloomberg, citing people close to the case.
Earlier in December 2022, former Alameda Research CEO Caroline Ellison and FTX co-founder Gary Wang pleaded guilty to fraud. Nishad Singh pleaded guilty in February 2023.
