Notcoin Founder Shared Plans For the Game's Development
Sasha Plotvinov emphasized that Notcoin will abandon the clicker game model.
In an interview for The Block, Plotvinov suggested that the concept of clicker games can't last much longer. Once, Notcoin first proposed this idea to the Telegram cryptocurrency community, and it would be the first to abandon the path.
Plotvinov emphasized that such games do not have a sustainable model that would help them develop further and remain relevant. He cited Catizen as an example of a game with a sustainable model. It has already generated multi-million dollar revenue, according to its team.
Meanwhile, the Notcoin team plans to turn the game into an independent project in the next four years. One of those ways was the ability to earn NOTs by interacting with other, newer Telegram games. In other words, Notcoin plans to become a hub for ecosystem projects.
Plotvinov concluded that the team is now experimenting with different models: something will take root and something will not.
Speaking about the recent airdrop, Sasha shared that the main difficulty in distributing tokens was the fight against bots.
