Explore the latest Bybit trading fee structure for 2024 in our article.

Bybit is a popular cryptocurrency exchange that offers a wide range of trading options, including both spot and derivatives markets, across various cryptocurrency pairs. The platform implements a tiered trading fee structure, where fees vary depending on the product and whether the user is a VIP or non-VIP member.

Bybit Fees Breakdown

VIP users benefit from increased trading fee discounts as they ascend through various VIP levels. These levels are determined either by the user's asset balance or their trading volume over the last 30 days. To qualify for a specific VIP level, traders only need to meet one of these criteria. For instance, if Trader A has an asset balance that meets the VIP 1 threshold and a spot trading volume corresponding to VIP 3 within the last 30 days, Trader A will be classified as VIP Level 3, entitling them to the associated discounted fee rates.

Please be aware that the spot trading fee rates mentioned are exclusively for crypto trading pairs. For fiat-crypto trading pairs, such as USDT/EUR, the fee rates are determined by either your trading volume or VIP level, whichever is more favorable.

Here's a summary of the key fees:

Spot Trading Fees

Both makers and takers are charged a flat fee of 0.1% for spot trading. VIP levels offer the potential for even lower trading fees for high volume traders.

Perpetual & Futures Trading Fees

Perpetual & Futures fees start at 0.02% for makers and 0.055% for takers, with VIP tiers available for reduced fees based on trading volume.

USDC Options Trading Fees

Options trading on Bybit starts with maker and taker fees of 0.02%. VIP users trading significant volumes can enjoy reduced fees, potentially as low as 0% for makers and 0.1% for takers.

Margin trading does include the 0.1% spot trading fee, interest (calculated hourly based on borrowing), and liquidation fees. Interest fees depend on the amount borrowed and the daily interest rate.

Bybit also introduces a Market Maker Incentive Program, offering up to a 0.01% rebate on maker fees.

Bybit Deposit and Withdrawal Fees

Bybit allows traders to deposit cryptocurrency without incurring any fees. However, withdrawing cryptocurrencies from Bybit does come with a charge, which varies based on the specific cryptocurrency being withdrawn. It's important for traders to be aware of these withdrawal fees, as they apply to all withdrawals regardless of the amount. To find out the exact fees and minimum withdrawal amounts, traders should refer to the information provided in the withdrawal "pop-up" window, which varies depending on the blockchain network chosen for the funds' withdrawal.
